These next 3 weeks have been designed to tone your whole body while decreasing excess body fat at the same time! Our goal is to burn fat by breaking down the muscle fibres using light weights, supersetted with high reps to flush blood into the muscle, at a high volume, and with no days the same!
Cardio has been included at the end of each workout at a moderate to high intensity to condition our bodies to the utmost of our potential. These exercises have been designed to use minimal equipment (skipping rope, dumbbells, stability ball, and a bench - that’s it!) so that we can get rid of any of our excuses that may have hindered our progress in the past and get these workouts done at home if we have to!
Timing your rests anywhere in between 20-60 seconds max is just as important as the workout themselves and will add a ton of sweat and intensity that is needed to get the most out of these next 21 days
